Marc is a passionate socially responsible investor and innovator. His experience includes working as an investment banker at one of Canada’s largest banks where he was involved in many securities offerings and corporate M&A advisory mandates. He holds a Masters of Sc. in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation (with Distinction) from the London School of Economics.
Joseph Buaron
Co-founder & CTO
Joseph is a seasoned developer with over two-decades of related experience as a programmer, solutions architect, DevOps engineer, entrepreneur, and investor. Before co-founding goPeer, Joseph worked as the CTO for a corporation that was acquired by Unilever, and was responsible for directing the IT, Digital Marketing and Consumer Support divisions. Before that, he worked to scale a thriving FinTech start-up, with a focus on payment industry regulatory compliance and data security.
Alex Rowney CFA, PFP®, CIM®
COO
Alex is an investment and lending expert. He has developed a diverse investment, financial planning and lending background through his experiences working at Canada’s largest banks.
He holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Tanya Rattanametakoson
Bilingual Account Manager
Tanya is our Bilingual Account Manager, but she can actually speak 3 languages. She graduated from HEC Montreal’s bilingual program and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She has prior experience in customer service and data integration with a SaaS company. Currently, she is keenly interested in lending and financial planning.

Micah is a versatile and dynamic professional, wearing many hats at goPeer. She manages a diverse array of responsibilities including marketing and administrative tasks. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management with a major in Culinary Management, Micah’s experience as a professional chef has honed her ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure. This translates seamlessly into her organizational roles, where precision, timing, and creativity are crucial for success.

Chloé
Chief Wellness Officer
Chloé first joined the goPeer team as an intern, and following her positive impact on the team morale, she quickly climbed the corporate ladder to CWO. Prior to goPeer, Chloé was happily unemployed but has reluctantly joined the workforce in hopes of one day owning her own backyard. She is a fan of early morning walks through downtown Toronto and is the only goPeer employee who is constantly caught sleeping on the job.
